Frankie Acosta owns AA Dental Design, a family dental laboratory in Murrieta, California with roots going back to his father Francisco's lab in the mid-1960s. He entered the lab field at fifteen and has spent more than three decades in the craft, rebuilding the business in 2010 around a fully digital workflow he sums up as "all digital, all the time." Alongside the lab he runs AA Dental Academy, teaching hands-on courses in digital workflows from single-unit implants to All-on-X full-arch cases, and speaks for the Dentsply Sirona Academy. On Vegas Voices, recorded at DS World in Las Vegas, he dug into full-arch scanning innovations with TruAbutment's Jay Kim.
