Grant Olson, DDS, a 2011 UMKC School of Dentistry graduate and Springfield native, founded Innovative Dental in 2013 with six team members and has grown it into a multi-doctor practice of more than thirty. The practice centers on same-day digital dentistry, cosmetic smile design, Invisalign, and full-arch implant care, and now spans a destination-style campus that includes the Innovative Dental Implant Center, a two-story facility south of Springfield with courtyard-view treatment rooms and spa-like amenities. Olson is one of roughly 300 CEREC mentors worldwide, a VIP Diamond Invisalign provider, and serves as a Pikos Partner on the Pikos Institute faculty, where he trained in zygomatic implants. His team reports having placed more than 2,296 implants and restored over 182 full arches.
