Dr. Richard "Sully" Sullivan IV is a fifth-generation dentist who practices alongside his father, Dr. Rick Sullivan, at Sullivan Dental Partners in Brentwood, Tennessee, focusing on complex restorative work like smile makeovers, full-mouth reconstructions, and implant dentistry. Since starting The Millennial Dentist podcast in 2017, he has built a national platform around practice growth and the realities of owning and running a dental practice. He also teaches as an instructor with 3D Dentists and lectures across the country on cone beam technology, CAD/CAM dentistry, obstructive sleep apnea, and practice management. Along the way he helped grow the family practice from his father's solo operation into a multi-doctor business.
