The multi-layered KATANA™ Zirconia Block consists of four layers zirconia in graduated shades. This product allows the chair side fabrication of natural-tooth-coloured restorations–eliminating a time consuming step when staining the restoration is invoked.
The logo “MULTI LAYERED” expresses original production technology of KATANA™ multi-layered materials. CL shade is not a multi layered block.

MINIMIZING WALL THICKNESS
As an all ceramic option, zirconia has excellent mechanical properties. KATANA™ Zirconia Block is a righty translucent form of zirconia, with excellent mechanical properties. This means that it is possible to have more conservative preparations using a KATANA™ Zirconia Block to design a thinner restoration. The result is both great mechanical properties and beautiful esthetics, with no conflict!
